For all pet owners, pets are family and that’s what Heads Up For Tails believes in - making the lives of our family members better. This luxurious pet retail company helped me gather my knowledge with everything related to e-commerce in order to drive sales for the company and working closely with multiple talented in house designers and the very accomplished Ms. Rashi Narang.

During the course of the pandemic and lockdown, everyone was worried not only for themselves but also for their furry friends. 
With most of the stores closed there was a urgent need to launch and work on the online store.

I was the UX lead on this project and actively worked with multiple designers, the development team, the marketing and content team as well.
O U T C O M E
Launch of the new and revised website led to increase in sales of various pet products and became one of the drivers of the business
Gained new customers through the search engine sites and increased its visibility
Created targeted communication with abundant information along with ease of customer experience
